About My Favorite Fruits

I think everyone ate fruit. I love healthy, easy to eat and delicious fruits. There are many kinds of fruits, so you can eat them without getting tired. It is not good to overeat, as eating fruits has good effects such as dementia prevention, but it is good to eat fruits. This web page describes some of my favorite fruits.

Pineapple

Pineapple is a fruit I've been into lately, and it's easy to eat and delicious, and when I eat it after exercise, I feel refreshed and I feel very delicious. Pineapple contains vitamins and dietary fiber, which is good for your health.

Strawberry

Strawberries have always been my favorite fruit. Strawberries are very delicious, but there are no delicious strawberries all year round, so you can eat little. I also like strawberries because there are many types and you can eat strawberries that suit your taste.

Cherry

If you want to eat a little fruit, cherries are a good choice. Since cherries are small and you don't have to cut them all, it's very easy to eat. (For example, you need to eat all apples when you start eating.) Also, while cherries are often thought to be less nutritious, they're healthy because they're the top fruits with iron content.

Mango

Mangoes are delicious in tropical countries such as Hawaii and Thailand. Mangoes are very delicious, but I've never seen them. (May be just my family) Mango is rich in vitamin C and potassium. Potassium is said to be good for people with hypertension because it has the function of producing sodium from the body.

Watermelon

Watermelon is a little troublesome because it has large seeds and can't be eaten immediately, but watermelon has a lot of water and is good for your health. A large amount of water will help prevent heatstroke. Now that we have to wear masks to act, I think eating watermelon is less likely to cause heatstroke.
